Amazing response time, service was great just like last time! They were able to respond same day super fast via text and got out to me that day. I needed a custom spring which they were able to have made and installed the next day. They replaced the cheap Chinese broken spring and other hardware which was not designed to lift a door as heavy as mine. Works and looks amazing and I know it will be good for many years to come! This was my second time using United Garage Doors and both times were a 10 out of 10 experience! Highly recommend!

United Garage Doors did an outstanding job! Rami and Mo were personable, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked quickly without cutting corners and took the time to explain everything. On top of that, their pricing was fair and transparent. Our new door is so much stronger and better quality than the old one. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work with excellent customer service, but these guys nailed it. United Garage Doors is a family- owned and run business. I would not use ever any other garage door service for these reasons: 1. When I call, their response is warm and friendly wanting to know how they can be of service. 2. When an appointment is made, they arrive in a timely manner and call if they are going to be early or late. 3. They do not use cheap materials that last only a brief time and soon need service, costing the owner additional expense. They use only top quality materials providing the customer a sense of satisfaction and safety. 4. Installation is expert and done as efficiently as possible. 5. Once they have provided a new service or installation, I have not had to call them again for the same product. I can safely vouch for this last statement because I have been their very happy customer since 1998. Do you need a motor? a new garage door? a remote control? You are in friendly hands and excellent service rendered with high integrity with United Garage Doors!!!!

Rami was immediately available to help us out. Our garage door was stuck, and he came by, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided us with immediate solutions. Within about an hour we had our garage door fixed, as well as updated hardware to allow us to open it remotely with our phones.
