Precision Garage Door Service of Bergen County

Very quick to schedule an appointment and fix our issues. We had an older model that needed an upgrade. Jon Wilson communicated with us directly early in the appointment window and showed up quickly. He did a great job accessing the issues and quickly got us working again. Would highly recommend Jon and Precision!

Ricky was fantastic. He arrived early (with our permission), did a thorough examination of our issues, and explained what we needed to fix in a way that was easy to understand. Ricky presented all of our options clearly and then got to work right away. After a couple hours, our garage door was functioning properly. Ricky even helped me set up the app on my phone and the keypad outside so we could easily open and close the door. Very happy with the quality of service we received today. We would happily call Ricky at Precision again!

Amazing service. Nice and quick, they came to service the door the same day, about one hour after I made the call. Very professional. Alan was excellent. Gave me options for different repairs needed. He was done in no time, everything very clean and well done.

Was having problems opening the garage from the outside, both with the remote and using the keypad. Another company tried a smaller fix, but it didn't help, so they then told me I needed a new motor. However, when the technician came to install it, he was bothered by the amount of stuff I had in the garage, stated he would try to get help from his brother, and call me when both could come. Although I made several follow-up calls, no one ever called to reschedule, so I turned to Precision. When I called on a Saturday, they actually offered to come the same day, but as I wasn't going to be home, they offered to come the next day, a Sunday. The technician called to let me know he was on the way, was very nice, and was willing to work with me as I was able to move enough of the stuff out of the way with a bit of help from him so he could do the installation. As I am a very busy physician with limited help and time right now to clean out the garage which I would like nothing better than to do and my primary access to/from my house is via the garage, I was extremely appreciative of the terrific customer service I received, very rare, nowadays.

They were amazing to work with! Opener stopped working last night, they were able to get me an appointment for this morning and Ethan showed up in the promised time frame. I received a call from Ethan to let me know he’d be there in approximately 30 minutes, he arrived as promised and explained the process he would go through to figure out what was needed. He was very professional and completely explained what needed to be done. This was the third or fourth time we have used Precision and today was another reason why we continue to use them.

Precision was incredibly quick! I was fortunate enough to secure a same-day appointment to inspect my garage door. Charlie B, the technician, was exceptionally professional and thorough. He presented me with multiple options for replacing my door motor and was able to complete the task on the spot. I’m confident that I’ll be using them again to replace my second garage door motor when the time comes.

Called the Paramus location Saturday afternoon and I was given a Sunday morning appointment. So happy with that because my garage door wasn’t operating correctly. The service technician Charlie couldn’t have been nicer. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot. He also went beyond his scope of work and fixed some wires that were hanging from the garage ceiling that were originally poorly installed. He also reprogrammed the keypad that wasn’t working! Very satisfied with the whole process and would highly recommend to my friends and family!!!
