As a small auto repair shop having smooth operating bay doors is imperative! Jamie was awesome on the phone and got us in so quick! Once Hasan got here, he was able to figure out the issue quick and had us back up and running within an hour! Also got setup on their yearly maintenance plan so we can try avoiding repairs! I rarely write comments, but in this instance I feel I must. Hassan and Jamie came up with a clever and cost effective solution to the unusual problem presented by our failed garage door. I had a very positive experience with Continental Door Co. recently when – late on a Friday afternoon – one of the springs on my garage door broke, resulting in the door itself rising – at most – only a few inches above the cement floor. I called Continental and reached what was apparently the last employee about to leave for the day who promised to contact a technician. A short time later I received a call from Hasan, who arrived a short time after that and made a temporary fix on the broken spring with a clamp. Early the next week (after the new springs were available) Hasan returned with them and made the permanent fix while I ate dinner with my family. (Without being prompted he oiled the entire mechanism, eliminating a persistent loud squeak.) My thanks to the Continental Door Co. for a quick response to an after-hours urgent situation!

Awesome service, they came out within a few hours of my call same day. Fixed out roll up door, did maintenance on my other doors that needed work! A++++ will use them again!
