I had to get my garage door replaced after an accident and I called Tri-Cities Garage Doors. I explained the situation and urgency, and the technician asked for 20 minutes but actually showed up in about 5 minutes. Benjamin quickly took measurements and then went out to look for the door we needed. He was back in about two hours and it only took him about 4 to take down our old door and install the new one. AND he was working alone. I was very impressed with the service and care. Benjamin was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend giving them a call. They provided Great Service. Edwin was very knowledgeable. He was very detailed proficient and concerned as to how to do the job right. I don't expect to have any problems with my Door or the Openers they installed. I now have an insulated garage door (15R) rating and Safe operating 2 other garage doors. 20 year old garage door opener failed. Called David’s at 6:45 a.m., Benjamin was in my driveway by 7:30 with a replacement which was fully installed and working in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of old and new equipment. It was very evident he had done this a few times.

First off, 5 stars felt insufficient I wish there was a higher ranking when you're overly impressed by a job well done. We got a quote the same day we called and install just 5 days later. That wasn't even the best part!! Daniel came out to do the install arrived on time and with everything to get the job done, to say I'm impressed by his work is not enough his attention to detail and desire to complete the job in the best way was remarkable!
