4 Sons Garage Door

I have used 4Sons for multiple garage door needs and they have always come through to fix the problem. Even diagnosing problems that I didn’t know existed and fixing them. Sometimes without even charging me, saying that I was a loyal customer and that they appreciate it! So when it was time for a new garage door to be installed they were my first choice! They were very knowledgeable and had the answers to all of my questions as well as providing me with a superior product. Their installer was on time, friendly, he kept me informed of all the work that was being done and made sure that it was installed with precision. I highly recommend 4 sons for all of your garage door needs and will be recommending them my friends and neighbors.

4 Sons Garage Door has my best rating. They hauled away my aged garage doors and replaced with completely new ones last week. I am glad i picked them as the whole process was nice and smooth all the way. They are easy to reach and responsive. Every phone call got picked up in seconds and answered with clarity. Same on their execution efficiency from estimate to quotation and execution. I am especially satisfied with Victor who did the onsite estimation and installation. In both case I was able to get a schedule setup in a day or two. I was a bit surprised to know he was the only person doing the whole installation, and he completed it in half a day. Will be glad to refer them to folks and friends.

Patrick didn’t mess around and knocked out the work real quick. He was explaining as he went along because I did hang out and wanted to learn (I was that guy). You could tell he was a good teacher because he was teaching a co-worker Fernando. He even took the time to explain to me my service menu in the LED screen and found a time to close setting which is enabled now and a huge relief. Thanks for all great work.

4 Son’s Garage has now been to my home several times, most through my Old Home Warranty, and their service has been nothing short of exceptional. When I needed to open a new ticket this morning, I actually called ahead to request that they be assigned because of how consistently reliable they’ve been. I left a message early this morning, received a quick call back, and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment. They’re always prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Tom has been my technician for the last few visits, and he’s fantastic—kind, professional, and thorough every time. I would recommend 4 Son’s Garage without hesitation, whether you’re going through a home warranty or paying out of pocket. They truly stand out for their superior customer service and dependable workmanship.

Patrick came out last weekend. My original call came through my home warranty and he confirmed my fears that I indeed needed a new garage. He was extremely professional and very easy going. He took the time to walk me through the entire process with no pressure, which sold me with much more ease. He came out today to install the new unit and I couldn’t be happier! He walked me through all the steps and set up MyQ on my phone. I love my new door! It is quiet, classy and has better features than my old one. With his expertise, professionalism, reasonable price, and easy going demeanor I’d highly this company to anyone!

Patrick was awesome! He showed up quickly, explained everything clearly an sin complete detail and made the whole process super easy from start to finish. He replaced the entire spring system, and now everything works perfectly. Patrick was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff.
