My neighbor Bill was in the need of garage repairs and notify dependable garage door. Bill told me about the amazing service and professionalism he received from Tyler. As karma has it my garage door required repair just a few weeks after. I contacted Bill to get Tyler‘s information to schedule an appointment. My appointment was set in just a few days after contacting them. Tyler called me approximately 15 minutes prior to his scheduled appointment time and advised me he was on his way. After evaluating the problem with my garage door, he repaired it with some adjustments. He never tried to upsell or sell unneeded equipment. He did advise me that my opener was getting later in its life expectancy and in not too distant future would require replacement and gave me an estimate of what that cost would be. It’s refreshing to receive such honest and dependable customer service. I was in the fire service for 30 years and I know a little about good customer service. Thank you Tyler!

Tyler arrived promptly at the appointment time to replace the bottom door seal on our garage door. He explained the process, the seal he was installing and went over the pricing. The installation went smoothly and looks great! Tyler also explained the issue of having an LED bulb in the opener and the potential damage that could occur to the electronic board inside. I would highly recommend Dependable Door Systems!

This is MY new garage Company! I can’t say enough good things about Dependable Door Systems. Don’t waste time calling anyone else! Between my phone call to complete install, was less than an hour! Tyler did a great job! When we called Dependable Door Systems, Tyler came out within a few hours. He was professional, courteous and most importantly, on time. He told us exactly what was wrong with our door (springs broke, bent one of the panels on door). Even though the company who built the garage door is no longer in business, he didn't try to talk us into getting a whole new door (like what happened to our neighbor). He was able to provide the panel that was needed at a very reasonable price. He also explained to us why our remotes weren't working properly (no LED bulbs in opener, interferes with the signal .. who knew?) He replaced the bulbs for us and my old car remote worked! He did a complete overhaul and my door works and sounds like new. We have been dealing with a lot of contractors lately (who showed up late, didn't have all of the equipment/product on hand, etc.) and it was refreshingly surprising to have a company be as honest and reliable as Dependable Door Systems. I will now have them come out yearly to do annual maintenance on the door opener. Thank you Tyler, you have made me realize that not all companies are the same.

Dependable Door Systems provided excellent service to correct our issues with our garage door. Their service technician, Tyler, arrived promptly and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. Additionally, Tyler was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained his repairs and preventive maintenance considerations for our garage door, motor, and associated parts. Very pleased with this service call.

Had our garage door serviced through our home warranty. You never know what you are going to get with the warranty vendors, but Dependable was excellent. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled. In less than an hour we had a new opener installed, and we couldn't be happier. I'd recommend Dependable and Tyler to anyone looking for great service.

I had two commercial doors designed and installed by DDS. Recently (January 2025) the cable came off the track of one of the doors and was inoperable. I called DDS for service but they said it would be a month before being able to service the door. Since this was an emergency I contacted another door company to service. They came out and sent photos that the door was incorrectly installed and the same problem would likely persist. I have repeatedly called DDS, sent letters, and messages without any return calls or correspondence. My next step is to file a complaint with the registrar of contractors.
