We had both of our oversized garage doors replaced by Garage Door Grunts and couldn't be happier with the results. After obtaining 3 price quotes, we decided on Garage Door Grunts because of their attractive pricing, and their rep was very knowledgeable. Customer service was also very accommodating. We love our new garage doors!

My garage was showing error codes and issues for a couple weeks. When I finally realized it was nothing myself or YouTube could do to fix - I called Garage Door Grunts. I reached out on social media and was pleasantly surprised at the very quick response time. That service was only a precursor for what was to come. On November 6th, they came out to our home in Anthem, AZ THE NEXT MORNING to evaluate the issue, recommend the repair (offering several options), and actually execute the repair. Brandon, the technician on site, was incredible, respectful, and went above and beyond in making sure my wife and I were happy with our options and planned repair. We need a completely new spring, along with some smaller parts (I forget the names) and it was completed in no time. Apologies I don't have pictures to support. What I loved most, to be honest, was Brandon & Co.'s appreciation of the veteran community. I work for a Veteran Service Organization and they acknowledged the work we do and the importance of such work. Garage Door Grunts, Brandon, and the rest of their employees deserve all the service they can get. In a world full of greed they show customer service and respect is still alive and well. We had a garage door emergency…on a Sunday no less and Garage Door Grunts provided excellent service from start to finish. The tech they sent arrived earlier than the ETA they gave us and he was super friendly and efficient. I contacted five other companies and GDG were the only ones to get back to me. Prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Repair was quick and clean, and the team answered all our questions about the repair and maintenance. We highly recommend them for any residential garage doors. I won’t be going anywhere else for future needs.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kyle and Garage Door Grunts. Our garage door completely broke tonight - the entire door came off the rails, the side springs were pulling, and my car was stuck inside the night before my son’s birthday. I was panicked, stressed, and honestly didn’t expect anyone to come out so late. Kyle not only responded immediately, but he was kind, calm, honest, and unbelievably accommodating. He took the time to review the photos I sent, walked me through what might be happening, and without hesitation offered to come out at 11 PM to make sure we were taken care of. Who does that anymore? After having a terrible experience with a previous company, he restored my trust in this industry. I am so impressed with how easy this went. I simply filled out online a request for them to come out and check our garage door yesterday morning and not even 24 hours later I had someone arrive on time, with good communication, and already fixed. The price was comparable to everyone else, but the service was 10/10. I would recommend!! I will use them in the future for any of my garage door needs. Brandon was the one that helped me and he was so very nice, worked quickly, and everything is working perfectly.

I called them Tuesday night and they were able to schedule me the next morning. Brandon showed up on time. Was very professional and fixed my garage door quickly. I would use them again.
