This is long over due. On Sept 15th I called in because my garage door wasn't opening. It was old I figured the motor was shot. Ryan and I think his name was Eric (my apologies I can't remember) arrived on time. I told them we had a spring replaced about six months earlier by them. They investigated the motor and the track. Ryan explained that my motor was fine. What happened is when the spring was replaced something wasn't balanced properly which caused an issue with the track and this is why it was not opening. They corrected the issue and replaced damaged parts at no additional cost. This is the BEST experience I have ever had with any service company. The genuine honesty, quality of work and fair pricing is something you don't see anymore. I wish they offered more services I could use them for. Would give 100 stars if I could. I recommend to everyone.

I can't add much to the other reviews because everyone loves them so much - but you can simply trust them to do what is right and to do it well. Can't imagine why you would go anywhere else. Showed up in one day for the quote, new garage door installed 3 days later, reasonable price, great experience. Don't bother looking elsewhere. Use these guys.

I made an appointment for a garage door tune up as it was getting noisy and seemed to bind a bit on open and close. Ryan arrived right on time. He ran the door up and down a couple of times. He spent a minute lubricating a few areas which solved the problem. Ryan declared my garage door in good shape, but the best part was that he didn’t charge me a thing. I’m a customer for life and I’ll confidently recommend Ryan to family and friends.

Great service! My garage door spring broke and within 45 minutes Ryan was at my house to fix it. Ryan was friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue, was upfront about the cost of repairs, and had my garage door working like new within 30 min. Ryan called ahead cause he was running early. Being in the service industry, I know how important it is to communicate with customers so I really appreciated this from him. Upon meeting him, he was very professional. He diagnosed my problem in a very few minutes, got me up and running. From now on, I will be asking for him by name for all my garage needs.
