Awesome job. Great customer service, fast and courteous. The service tech was very professional, polite not a pushy sales person. Would recommend. Prices very fair especially if you're stuck in the garage.

Noticeably absent when Richard arrived was his cape—dammit! AS ALWAYS, top-drawer service from these folks, and especially Richard, during the repair of a broke spring. In and out in 40 mins AND that’s with lubing my other doors! This shop, and every team member they have ever sent out, are superb—from the phone consultation to the hands-on-professional service tech. Bravo Zulus to this family-run business for OUTSTANDING customer service, response and timely completion of the work! The only travesty is that I cannot give a higher score!!

This family owned business was responsive, thorough, friendly, timely, reasonable, and (I found out) is a long time valley business. They are the kind of people you wished were your neighbors. Kelly was wonderful. Then, there is the great work they do. My tech, Richard, explained how his father, the founder of the business, taught him to always think of the next tech who will work on the garage door - so do it right. That's what I call a true values based company. Can't say enough good about them. I absolutely highly recommend them,

This is a great company. One spring broke on our garage door late Thursday night. I called them first thing Friday morning and someone was here by 9:15 am! Fixed it in about 20 minutes. The woman I spoke with to set it up was super helpful and got us all set up. The guy showed up exactly when I was told he would be here. He was very friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend this company!
