AE Garage Door Repair Pleasanton

Not for me anymore My garage door got stuck and will not open. I called AE Garage Door Repair Pleasanton. Within half an hour Ben came to fix it. Within minutes he stared selling the cables for the garage door. He didn't even care to explain where the garage door is stuck. Finally I agreed to get the cables (2 cables, 2 pulleys and labor) for a total of $500 and the garage door got fixed. After taking out the old cable I noticed that it was still in good condtion.

I recently used their service, and it was really disappointing. There were two technicians came to my home and one of them was day-one learner. It took them 5+ hours to replace springs and drum, yet still did not make system work with the opener. The door was not well balanced at all as I had to manually open the door after they left and the door was not stay half-way. They claimed that they only know about Liftmaster, and mine is Chamberlain. They made some damage on the rails as shown in the picture, and mess up the paint.

I called them and they picked up immediately and were really professional
