The Door Doctor

Really impressive experience with the Door Doctor, and specifically their technician Justin. He was able to get some French doors back in service for us after 10 years of problems. In 45 mins, we watched him use his many years of experience to make a series of adjustments that solved the issues. That expertise was exactly what we needed. We had him fix another sticky door while he was here and he had that fixed in a matter of minutes. Prices were very reasonable for the time spent.

Great service. Work done on time. Pleasant to deal with. I had them do three separate jobs (garage door maintenance, side door replacement, front door refurbishment) & I can say that they all went well. Just the other day, I noticed that the garage door bottom seals were a little "off". Called the office & one of them was out tweaking it under warranty very quickly. Thanks!

Justin was our service tech. He arrived ahead of the appt time and that was great. He was polite. More importantly, Justin started the repair right away. Incredibly efficient, skilled, and professional. He fixed our garage door in about 30 minutes and the work is perfect!

Amazing service and professionalism. My rollers went out of track due to track bending. I used the home warranty first and a much bigger garage door repair company with 4.9 star review in Google showed up. They quoted $3K+ and recommended changing the entire garage door. Even for just doing the track repair they asked $1K. The Door doctor showed up on time and they fixed the track and rollers and recommended to change the spring ($450). I thought they were very reasonable. They never pushed for the motor change or door change. Very efficient and honest business. Good job.

I've always relied on the door doctor for many years... always tape the receipt to the back of the door motor. Anyways I was having problems on closing and the lady on the phone suggested cleaning the cobwebs from the sensors. lo and behold theyre was a leaf caught on one side. closes no problem now and no charge!
