I am very pleased with the service I received from Broten garage door sales. My sales person/technician, Jevaun Myles, went through the entire system and explained what some of the options would be. I decided, with the unit already being 14 years old, I would just have it replaced Jevaun was able to.complete all of the work in just over an hour. A beautiful system. Quiet with great lighting and features. Even an outdoor pad in case you ever need to get in without a remote. He did a great job! And I would definitely recommend Broten to anyone.

He went above and beyond and not only fixed our broken garage door but made sure both cars and outside remotes were connected and he didn’t leave til the job was done!! Our garage door stopped working today. I reached out to Broten and they came within 2 hours. They fixed the interior indent of the garage door, they replaced the motor that includes lighting and upgraded our indoor paneling. We were even set up with an outdoor panel access just in case we ever need it. They were extremely fast, swift at the job and professional. I definitely recommend them for installations and service!

Jevaun was the tech who did the install of the new garage system. He arrived on time, was super personable, and very patient. The company offers great communication. They called ahead, sent an email introducing who the tech coming to the house would be (including a picture), called a half hour before arrival to let me know what to expect from the technician, and the icing on the cake was his expertise in setting everything up and explaining how it all works.

I had a very positive experience with Broten. They installed our garage door back in 2002, and twenty three years later when i needed a new spring here in 10/2025 i was happy to know their service number on the door still worked and they were in business! Our technician Enmanuel was very polite and knowledgeable, explaining how are new garage door opener worked, both units inside the garage and outside our house. He showed us how the overheard motor worked-with the camera, lighting system, the app-and even the basic maintenance that we can do to lube the various parts to keep it going and services Broten offers annually to keep it in good shape. He never pressured us or deceived us into anything but rather he was polite and explained everything. We will definitely call Broten again for future garage work!
