I had a fantastic experience with Pacific Overhead Door. My door spring snapped on a Saturday, and I was in a real bind. I called them, and they were able to schedule a service appointment quickly. Alex was incredibly nice and professional; he had the broken spring replaced in no time. Pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the speed and quality of the work.

Had a tune up done on my garage door. They were quick to respond. Good communication and did a fantastic job taking care of my garage with zero attempts to upsell me on anything. Very positive experience, they have earned my business in the future.

When our garage door spring broke we were able to get a service call from Pacific Overhead Door within 24hrs. Very responsive and really great service; Rusty had the spring replaced and fixed a couple of items on the opener all in under an hour. They will be my first call for any garage door work in the future.

I would highly recommend Pacific Overhead Door and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve helped me out more than once—when I accidentally backed into the garage and bent the metal railing, they repaired it quickly and at a fair price, even replacing the white vinyl strip that seals the gap from the outside. Another time, they came to replace the garage door entry panel and, as always, did a thorough inspection of the entire system while they were here. I really appreciate how they go the extra mile, checking everything and giving me tips on what to look for in terms of maintenance. Reliable, professional, and honest—just an all-around excellent company!

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough! They installed our garage door 10 years ago, and were quick and fairly priced. This morning, I accidentally backed into the door, bending it pretty severely. Not only did they come out within a couple hours of me calling, but the damaged part was replaced and the rest of the door hammered back into shape in under an hour. And all for less than $150! Since we only have one garage door (and I don’t plan to continue to reverse into it), there’s no other opportunity for us to send business their way other than to recommend them to anyone we can!
