I received my first garage service with Mr. Dale around 7 years ago. This past weekend one of the springs broke so I called and got an estimate on the cost. He gave me the price and we booked the appointment. Well, when he put my address in his software, he said I had a warranty and I didn’t have to pay anything. I was so surprise and very grateful for his honesty and professionalism. I had no idea I still had a warranty. He was timely and very knowledgeable about other products regarding my garage system. I will always use Town and Country for my garage repair service. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with Town & Country Garage Door Repair! I called them to come replace the broken spring on my garage door. To my surprise, he informed me that the spring was still under warranty, so he did not charge me anything. He wouldn't even take a tip from me. Additionally, his response time was quick, and the quality of his job was great and fast. We will continue to use them on future garage door repairs, and highly recommend them!!

Woke up to a broken garage door. I called Dale around 10am. He said he could be here at 2:30. He was actually early-showed up around 1:15. Service was impeccable. He fixed everything and examined everything to make sure there were no other problems. Would highly recommend!!!!!

I utilized Dale’s services a couple of times and he was very nice, responsive, reasonably priced and did great work. The last time I called was about a month and an half ago and he was extremely short and rude and basically told me I could fix the issue myself. I thought it was odd because he had been nice and helpful in the past. Well here I am a month and a half later and the issue I talked to him about has exacerbated to the point the gear shift in my motor is broken and I can’t even open my garage. Maybe if he had checked whatever attitude he was having that day and had come over to see what the issue was, I wouldn’t be in the situation I’m in now. I wasn’t going to write a review about that experience but now since I’m having a major issue because of his lack of help, I felt this is only appropriate.

Dale has serviced our garage door for years, and each time his service is impeccable !! He goes out of his way to assure that the door is in optimum working condition each time he visits.
