Action Overhead Garage Door

We spent nearly $10k on insulated garage doors last summer. Two panels were apparently defective, as they soon developed large gaps around a couple of the windows. A couple of months later, Action replaced those two bad panels but the color was noticeably different. They told us that maybe the other panels were dirty or the colors would hopefully fade together. Cleaning everything didn't have any affect and now a year later, the colors still don't match. Pretty disappointing experience with this company. Update--A year later, Action did replace our full set of panels, so they match now. Appreciate them finally making that right.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday, so I called (their 7 day/week line which is an awesome feature) and they were able to get a technician out first thing in the morning on Monday. The technician (Alex) was great - he was timely and efficient with his work, and also honest about the condition of our garage door status. Came same day as my call to fix our broken garage door cables. Mike our service technician was efficient, friendly and saw our 2nd garage door cables were bad & fixed/replaced them also, with our okay. Took minimum time and was very efficient. Action Overhead saved the day! I discovered late in the day that our garage door would not open, even manually. I called and spoke with someone on the phone, who helped me trouble shoot. They had originally planned to send a technician out the following day, but when I expressed concern that we weren’t able to get out to pick up our kids, they immediately pivoted and got someone out right away. Mike was prompt, got to work right away, and had restored our garage door within an hour. We were fortunate that we received an excellent and timely service, and with a wonderful price point. Answered their phones after 4p day before Thanksgiving. Promptly gave me an appt for the day after holiday. Tech arrived on time, was very friendly, helpful and proficient. Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend!
