My garage door broke and wouldn't close the day before I was leaving on vacation. I called in a panic and the dispatcher Nicole calmed me down and took great care of me. Service Technician Justin was at my house within 45 minutes. My garage door was fixed and I was able to go out of town with peace of mind. I spoke to Justin on the phone, he told me what happened, what he had done, what to expect next and I was able to pay him. My issue was resolved within 1.5hrs of my call. Great experience. Absolutely recommend. Thank you!

He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem with my unit. He made the necessary repairs and verified that everything was working properly. We have had a few service needs over the years and every time RJ Garage Doors has been great. Today they even offered to program our garage remote/cars. When setting an appointment they are available within a few days of calling and they arrive within the window provided. Knowledgable and great service.
Excellent service! The spring on our garage door broke and they came out the next morning and took care of it. They gave me 3 options to choose from and we were able to do what fit our budget best.
