Called TipTop because of the great reviews. Our baseplate holding the spring was tearing out of the wall. We got David to help here in Durham. David was excellent prompt, professional, friendly. He explained everthung and gave us plenty of options without any pressure. Fixed it fast, did great job, and at a very reasonable price point. Definitely recommend!
The spring on our old garage door snapped and Tip Top Garage Doors replaced our door with a new, quiet hinged one. David Lee came both times, to assess and install the new door, and service was prompt, efficient and very professional.
The service technician, David, kept me informed of his arrival time. He explained the options for replacement of my 20+ year old unit, the features of each, and answered my questions. David did a great job on the installation, removed the debris, programmed the remotes, and reviewed how to connect to my phone. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be using Tip Top Garage Doors again.
