Jacob did great job very quickly. After checking my old garage door motor he said it wasn't repairable and was able to install a new unit within the hour. Most impressively this was all done within hours of calling after 7:00 PM on a weeknight.

I called DMX for a broken spring repair on a Sunday at 11:20, they sent over Jacob and by 12:50 all repairs were done! Jacob called me over to confirm the parts cost and provided the estimate before replacement. My springs are on the expensive half of the spectrum, it is what it is. I opted in to the bracket replacement as well. Previous bracket did not have bearings and I did not ever lubricate it, which likely contributed to the spring snapping - though the spring was visibly old, couldn’t say when it was installed. Parts and labor have a 1yr warranty. Thanks Jacob!

Good at trouble shooting and repairs! Same day availability. The tech was incredibly informative and worked with me on my budget. Ideally, the doors would be replaced, but he was able to make a series of adjustments to the tracks, replaced wheels, and performed other repairs; so that the door could lock and close. Highly recommend!

They came to replace a battery in my opener ! Yoel was so personable and explained exactly what was needed, as I was moving plants into the garage before cold weather, he pointed out that my garage door wasn’t sealed properly. He quoted me a great price, had the seal on him and replaced it right then! This is the second time I have called them in 2months! Broken spring the first time! They have my business from now on!
