Beware of the unethical business practices of this company! We had a family emergency Sunday (6/2/2024)- in the realm of events- my husband accidentally backed into the garage doors last panel (it was almost open just rolling up on its last panel) see the picture just a dent on the last panel. We called in this company for service and were advised it would be free estimate! Had 2 technicians call us- each unaware of the other (which makes me think they are contracting with independent contractors) I decided to go with the first one "D" who called us. The service technician "D" came in an hour- completely clueless and unknowledgeable on how to fix the door! - Mind you it was just the last panel the entire door was not damaged. In 10 minutes he said the entire garage door is damaged and I have to replace it! He started upselling me, calling his "supervisor" and when I refused as he was quoting me extremely outrageous pricing on a new door he got agitated! He started creating an invoice with the new door price even when I was not agreeing. He then went on to say that if "I paid CASH and went through him directly and skipped ordering through this company" he would give me a "great price" This is tax evasion and highly unethical behavior! I was clearly told free estimate but was charged for a service call and this technician charged me $320 for labor while all he did was nothing! Not one new part -not one nail installed and he charged me $320 for labor! I had the door fixed today by another company! This company and their team is conducting very unethical business- DO NOT use them and save your money! They upsell to change the door when I clearly fixed mine today for a mere $165 and this company's service guy kept telling me my full door has to be replaced! Their technician kept telling me to pay CASH to avoid all fees- clearly evading taxes! Charged me outrageous labor, he did not even fix a nail- nothing -no free estimate as the company clearly stated on the call! Their practices will be reported to consumer complaints!

Garage door came off of tracks and tracks came out of wall causing the door to fall.Nate was prompt and efficient in his service also knowledgeable and friendly. Garage fixins are expensive but we sure did appreciate it.
