The service person was the same guy that came 6 years ago. Nice to see a familiar face with great customer service! We use our garage door 24/7/365 so when the spring wears out, we're in trouble!! We're Apple door fans for life! Thank you very much Harvey!! Another great job well done!

Apple Door provided excellent friendly efficient service. We have been a gold star service plan member since we moved into our home 9 years ago, and always had great service. Harvey was our technician today and replaced our keypad as well as providing door lubrication and safety checks. We highly recommend Apple Door and Harvey. Both have been excellent today and over the years.

Technician was great at his skill and was very personable. I have no complaints. He knew the issue and fixed it quickly.

Not only did the technician repair my problem with the chain stop, he also oiled all my metal connectors so the door didn’t make a loud noise any more. I will never use any other company to repair my roll-up garage door. Apple Door is the absolute best!

Could not have made a better choice than reaching out to Apple Door when our garage door failed to work. The young man who came out was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and what our options were for fixing it. As it turned out, we purchased a new motherboard and he installed it with in 48 hours of the diagnosis. it came with new safety lights and controls for both cars It works beautifully and we are confident that it will outlive its warranty.
