Garage door opener failed and wouldn’t work at all. Tech came out, reset the motor, verified the travel was aligned properly and made sure everything worked like new. Josh and Chris came out to do the initial assessment and tell me the options for a garage door automatic opener. Once I had the garage wired for power, it was very easy to schedule an appointment with Kristen for them to come out and do the installation. They were on time, and let me know the exact time they would be arriving. The whole thing was done in 1 hour. They were polite, professional, patient, and showed me everything I needed to know. Josh came by the house to give us an estimate, went through all the options and made us feel confident in his work. The door we selected took about 3 weeks to arrive, which was no big deal. I should point out that the previous vendor told us they could not install a ceiling mount motor, given the low ceiling, and that we'd have to go with a side mount. Josh explained how that wasn't the case, and he indeed installed a ceiling mounted motor. He removed the previous door and all the components, and hauled it away. Josh is super friendly, professional, and did a great job. We're very happy with our new door and highly recommend Garage Door Geeks!
