Rochester Overhead Door Company

I wanted to write a review because Rochester Overhead Door deserves it. They came in to the job knowing that it was a total custom garage door and not at all normal, and yet still quoted me the same price as if it was off the shelf from Menards. The installation was expertly done, quick, and the installers were very communicative. In the end, they billed me a detail receipt for the odds and ends that had to be added to complete the installation and it was all totally fair. I am very, very happy with the install and the only downside is that now my expectations are very high for every contracted company that comes in to work on my home. Thank you!

Had a new garage door opener installed. It was 515.00 dollars. For that much money I expect them to install the light bulb. I paid for the garage door opener with a light that comes on when the door is activated. They did not install the lights bulb. Said I could do it. Sure I could do it however I paid a good amount of money. That light bulb installation should have been done. They could have even taken the bulb out of the old one and put it in the new one or put in a brand new bulb. I didn't appreciate that lack of quality but not completing the job I paid for.

If you are looking to have your garage door replaced this is the best place in Rochester area . The north central door, garaga , is the only brand i would recommend.

Rochester Overheard Door did a great job installing my new garage doors. It was obvious that the crew had been working together for a long time. They were efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend them for garage door installation.

Rochester Overhead door company did an amazing job today. Our garage door broke yesterday and we called them this morning to see if they could come out. We called at 07:30 they were out by 09:30 and done by 10:00. Customer service is King and they Did it perfectly. I called other places and the quoted me prices that were well above what we paid. And they also told me they could come out in a week or two. Rochester Overhead Door company is second to none. Rochester Overhead Door company is all about Customer service and taking care of the people. When I need service again. I will only call them. Thank you for taking care of us when we needed it. You are the Best!!

Great guys to work with. Kept me informed and asked me great questions about handle placement, etc. They cleaned up and were very pleasant! I would recommend Rochester Overhead Door Company to anyone needing a new garage door!
