They came to install a new keypad on the garage and program my car fob, and they were professional, patient, and incredibly kind from start to finish. They took the time to show me exactly how everything worked and made sure I understood how to use each feature. Most importantly, they reassured me that everything was secure and that no one could enter the garage without the code. I highly recommend Jacimore Overhead Door. Very happy with the door. I have used Jacimore two or three times in the past, they always do a good job. They also come back and do good on service work. I wished I had asked for a handle outside, I think that would have been handy to raise and lower the door from the outside.

I also want to say service was fast and service did an excellent job thank you. No one ever returned they came to help get it to connect to our phone and had issues. They said they had to ask door company z and return no one showed up. We at least need another door opener if we can’t connect to phones
