Tom researched and ordered the springs, managed my expectations as to delivery and installation timing and repaired the door perfectly. And came in slightly under his cost estimation. Tom has also advised me on ways to best maintain the door in between service calls. Profession-Als Garage Doors are honest, hardworking and reliable.

I highly recommend them. They came right away, and were prepared with 16’ lengths of struts. He reviewed the problem, gave a quote, and the work was completed two hours after my initial phone call. In other words they were super responsive and solved the problem right away. As a bonus, Matt is very nice and strikes me as a high integrity person.

Matt responded quickly to my inquiry about installing a replacement garage door opener (Liftmaster 98022) that had been shipped to me under a warranty claim. He scheduled to come out within 2 hours of my call to provide an estimate. He even called ahead when he was going to miss his original ETA by 15 minutes. We agreed on his quotation, and he started right away. While he encountered difficulties with removing the old unit, he worked through them and completed the installation the same day. He honored his original estimate despite the work being a bit more involved than either of us expected. I appreciated Matt's professionalism and responsiveness. Super fast and awesome service! I called them on Wednesday afternoon, got a same day free inspection, scheduled a time for Thursday, and now I have a fixed garage door!! Hassle free and highly recommended!
