Excellent service! I am a realtor and I own a property management company. I have used Vulcan Garage Services for the first time several years ago, since they were recommended by my client. I would not use anybody else. They provide quick service and their price is is very competitive!

I am a general contractor and have used a number of garage door companies over the years. Michael, Chad and Cory were all great to deal with. They helped me with the design of my modern glass garage door for our business. The price was reasonable and when they came and installed it they paid great attention to detail. I couldn't be happier and they are my "go to" for all my garage door for our construction projects! thanks guys!

Vulcan did a great job getting my high lift garage as high as possible. I'm adding a lift in the garage and needed every possible inch of space. I also needed a new garage door and they did a great job on that as well. Thanks Vulcan!

I had an emergency on a Sunday with my garage it would not close the pulley wires were out the wheels were bent. I was stressed out couldn't decide who to call and who I could actually trust to fix my door. Lo and behold I decided to give Vulcan a shot based on ratings and that was a great decision! Less than 24hrs my door is fixed! Met Mike he was about his business fixed my garage issue and I am very delighted with his work. Thank you so much Mike you're awesome!!

Mike is a consummate service vendor coupled with the most friendly & patient attitude. He treats his customers with utmost respect sprinkled with very pleasurable anecdotes about his beautiful family. But most of all, he & his colleagues know the ropes with garage door openers. I’m not technically savvy with these home contraptions. But Mike went out of his way to re-program my SUV’s remote opener & persisted until it worked perfectly. That’s what I call masterful craftsmanship. I’m so glad I had Vulcan Garage Services install my garage door opener. I’m confident that they’ll always to strive to make everything go right. Thank you, Mike!!!

Michael at Vulcan garage was super responsive and able to quickly fix a broken spring on our garage door. The spring broke mid day and Michael was able to come by later that day to replace the spring and get the garage door working. Very satisfied with the service and quality of work.

I called for a garage door opener repair just before noon the day after New Years expecting I might get someone in a couple of days. I was very pleasantly surprised that the dispatcher said they could get someone out that afternoon. And then I got a call around 4.30pm from the repair specialist indicating he was finishing a repair in Palo Alto and would be at my house in Oakland in an hour. I was very impressed that they hadn't pushed my appointment to the next day which told me something about their customer service. I was also very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the repair specialist, Tyrone, who arrived at 5.30pm as estimated. He took one look at the garage door and identified the problem immediately, explaining and showing me the issues and precisely describing how he would do the repair, and the specific replacement part costs. He had the required parts and was able to complete the repair 15 minutes faster than his 45 minute estimate and made sure I tested his work by operating the door a few times before he left. Would not hesitate to use Vulcan again.
