So grateful to Door Pros garage door company. It was an emergency situation. The garage door did not close via the opener, It could not be pulled down by hand as well. Leaving everything exposed not only to the elements, the possibility of having property stolen and personal safety! Most of all, Matt did excellent work installing the necessary equipment to ensure the safety, security and operational stability of the garage door. He was extremely professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation!! Have used Door Pros to replace my original opener. I called Door Pros, and they came out for an annual tune-up within just a couple of hours. Matt W. did an excellent job making sure my garage spring was properly tuned. From the original installation a couple of years ago to ongoing maintenance, you can always count on Door Pros to get the job done right.

UPDATE: Door Pros finally reached out to me to address my safety and aesthetic concerns. The door frame was damaged during the installation as shown in the photos (see before and after (update 1 &20) has now been repaired. I had already done some small repairs myself but they added extra lumbar to support the stud on the left side of the door and then properly patched the wall. Overall, I am pleased with it but wish they had done it this way in the first round. Special thanks to Aiden and Rich who managed and helped complete the repair. Please avoid this company! I recently renovated my garage and chose this company to install a new glass-aluminum door. While their quote was slightly better than others, every other aspect of the experience was terrible. 1. Delays: They promised a 6-8 week wait time, but it took 11 weeks. It would have been even longer if I hadn’t followed up regularly. 2. Incorrect Items: When they finally showed up, they didn’t bring the correct items. The track radius was smaller and the weather seal was shorter. I had to insist on them correcting the track size, but they didn’t have the right weather seal, leaving a gap under the door for weeks. 3. Careless Installation: Despite offering to move my metal cabinets, the installer told me it wasn’t necessary and ended up scratching them. Their carelessness was unacceptable. 4. Damage to Property: This was by far the worst part. The installer split my wooden door frame at almost every bolt point and didn’t even tell me about it. He claimed to be the lead installer but didn’t predrill the wood, causing severe damage. They even split the top center so badly that they had to make another hole in my new wall. This shows a complete lack of respect for my property and disregard for the structural integrity of the door. I am worried that this might be a safety hazard. I reached out multiple times expressing my concerns, but they showed no interest in resolving the issue. Do not expect them to be as responsive as they were when they give you the quote. I waited for months, hoping they’d provide a solution, but I haven’t heard back. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I will be filing a claim in small claims court.
