Safeway Garage Doors

First American Home Warranty sent this company to check my garage opener. 3 techs went to my house and started pitching garage door replacement to my wife. They know the opener is going bad. None of the techs even opened the motor to check. they just press the clicker and said it's weak but i need a garage door. They will also not put on their report that your garage opener is weak, they will only put "need garage door". Now, i told First American to send another company cause Safeway will not replace my garage opener without replacing the whole door. DoorPosh came and the first thing the tech did was open the motor, replace motherboard and other parts. It's fixed now. So, if come across this, and you're trying to get warranty done, or have your garage opener fix, skip this company.

I meant to write this review a few months ago, but life happened. Anyway Safeway Garage Doors seems like a great company, I based that on the support and honesty of the tech that helped me Khulid. He didn't beat around the bush and provided clear and straightforward answers. I appreciate the help he provided and would recommend anyone to use them.

Safeway garage Doors is an amazing company. They are quick to respond and they have incredible hard-working Abraham working for them. He immediately knew what was wrong with my garage door. He fixed it in such a timely manner. I could not be happier!!
