Above and beyond customer service!…… plus they have been our new "GO-TO-GUYS" for all 23 of our commercial buildings. Today Chris and Marc upgraded both of our front doors and replaced all the old hardware. We’re blessed to have them !!

My experience was with Chris, Alex and Rudy , and the office . Everyone ‘s customer service was great! Chris and Alex went above and beyond to get the commercial door replaced and painted . Total Door Service gave an estimate promptly as well as returned calls, service and to the repair. . They offer so many services that I am sure this is just the beginning of their services for our commercial building .

Just got new double doors and window installed at a Americanos Coffee in Mission Viejo. The guys from Total Door service did an amazing job. We had some bad framing issues with the existing wall and they worked through what could have been a terrible situation. Great pricing, fast service, cleaned the job well and well organized. Had a great experience with Total Door. they did a site visit to provide a quote, explained everything clearly, and were super easy to work with. The techs showed up right on time, did great work on our automatic doors, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. We decided to make some adjustments to the door close timer, a few days after the installation and Total door sent their tech right away to make that adjustment for us. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.
