I've used CHS Garage Door Repairs in the past. I used them again today. Adam is responsive. I contacted him about a (25) year old garage door where the sensor eye had failed. The part was not easy to find. He found it and immediately installed it. Adam is cheerful, efficient and very professional about how he conducts his business. I would give him (11) out of (10) stars if I could. Excellent work. See before and after photos.

Initiated a conversation with Adam to address some issues with my garage door. Was able to schedule a date in which Alex came to the sight to assess the problem and provided some honest feedback. Upon agreement, Alex installed suggested replacement hardware and performed the necessary service to get the garage door operational. Greatly appreciate the communication and workmanship.
