We just had three custom gates made and installed by Master Garage Door and Gate Repair and are extremely happy with both the product and the company. The entire process, from the estimate to the installation was completely transparent and the project was completed well ahead of schedule. The quality of the product is excellent (see photo of one of the gates), the installation was perfectly done and the price was very competitive. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue. Our condo buildings garage gate motor was broken and we needed emergency replacement. Our old vendor was non responsive for days and owners lost bikes and other stuff waiting for the repair. We reached out to another vendor first, who showed up quickly and gave us a quote for a motor without backup battery. Our board was about to move forward with it out of desperation. I insisted that we get multiple quotes first. I reached out to a few vendors listed on LiftMaster’s website and Master Garage Door & Gate Repair is one of them. Nir was very professional. He showed up to see our gate the day we contacted him, gave us a quote that was very fair (much lower than the other vendor) and explained to us that CA law required us to have a motor with backup battery (!!) or we could face a fine of $1000 (!!!). The new motor was installed timely, and they came up to make another minor adjustments couple days later. It’s been functioning perfectly for months and we almost forgot that it was ever broken. Great company to work with!!
