Terrible experience with Sphere Garage Door Repair – Do NOT use them! I will never use Sphere Garage Door Repair again, and I warn anyone who asks me to NEVER use them. This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. They sent a technician last month on a Saturday morning to fix my garage door. Everything seemed fine at first, but then he left around 11 a.m. saying he’d be "right back"—only to leave my garage door halfway open, propped up with a paint bucket and with two long metal wires sticking out. He didn’t return until 7:30 p.m., after I made dozens of calls to the company and got inconsistent stories: "He’s picking up rare parts," "He went to another job," and even "His car broke down." None of this excuses leaving my garage door in that unsafe condition for hours. When he finally came back around 7:30 p.m., to where he somehow locked himself out of the garage and had to break back in. Neighbors even came over to help lift the door so he could squeeze in, during which he ripped the rubber padding at the base of my garage. By 9:30 p.m., the main issue—the lock I specifically needed fixed—still wasn’t addressed. The whole situation was extremely tense and frustrating. The next day, I requested a different technician because I was uncomfortable with him returning, but Sphere had the same guy call again to schedule an appointment (where he proceeded to argue with me). I refused and dropped it altogether. Now my garage lock is still broken, and the keypad he supposedly replaced doesn’t work properly. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid Sphere Garage Door Repair at all costs. ***UPDATE: I emailed the garage door repair company (as they requested with their response below) on 8/14/25, as of 8/22/25 I never heard back from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Li came today to fix my garage door because it wouldn’t close. We decided to take it off the motor and use it in manual mode since we’re working on doing a garage conversion soon and don’t want to fix it as we won’t be using it after the conversion. He installed this lock with a lever that’s so easy to use to secure it so it’s locked. It’s working great!! He was so professional and helpful and he knows his stuff. He even showed up this morning 10 mins early and did the service quickly, which was a nice surprise too!

Luke was great! He arrived on time, very knowledgeable, and forthcoming on how the whole system works. He had no issue explaining every detail of why our system had issues and made sure we were satisfied. He was professional, quick, provided an excellent service. Definitely recommend Luke and his services.

Li did a phenomenal job fixing my garage at a great price. i got a few estimates from different companies but he absolutely helped me the most with the best information on what i needed and gave me some great options on what i could do. thank you!!!

I just had a great experience with the service. My garage door panels were coming off. They responded and showed up within an hour of my call. The problem was fixed right away. Ben was the technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and did a great job putting my garage door back together. Thank you so much

Great service. Adam and his team were very knowledgeable. Just moved into the house was told garage door worked but turned out it didn't so had to have it replaced. They explained all the functions and differences. Helped us make a good choice and also offered other maintenance to help us keep door running.

Ben came and inspected our door and explained What the problems were. He very efficiently went to work explaining every detail to us. He was a fast and efficient worker. We would reccomend Ben and his Co. To anyone needing garage work done, a very courteous young man who does very good work.
