Tri-State Garage Door is great!! One of the main springs on my garage door broke on Thanksgiving. I called them on Friday. They came down the same day and fixed it. Very professional and friendly people. I was very impressed.

One side of our garage door went up and the other side didn’t. Our local dealer was on vacation so I had to look in Sioux Falls which is an hour away. I called Tri-State and 90 minutes later they were at our door. They went right to work and 20 minutes later they were finished. No drama and no new parts - these guys knew what they were doing. They were friendly, skilled, and efficient. Trisha in the office was equally friendly and accommodating. She emailed the invoice and I paid by credit card over the phone. The entire experience was so easy and really took the stress out of the situation. Excellent company - we are now their customers for life.

I am the general manager of Union Social and I had some glass garage doors put in for our corporate event space by Jeremy and Travis. They are working great and have had no problems after a year. Huge shout out to them for an amazing install.

Installing a new garage opener and running into some problems, so we called up Tri-State to see if they could help finish the job. They came out the next day and took about an hour. They did a quick and amazing job. We have used them a few times and have nothing but good things to say. Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Thank you to Dallas and Travis for doing great work!

I called for a broken spring on a garage door about 11:30 am. Travis & Dallas called about 2:30 saying they were on their way. They had it fixed in no time, looked over my other garage door, oiled a few things, answered my questions & were on their way in no time. They were nice & helpful & appeared to enjoy their jobs. They also didn't try to upsell me when I asked about potentially replacing parts. They were honest & helpful. I have encountered this attitude other times I have used Tri-State. I have never really had to wait for service when I have called for help & they are always quick to respond.

Randy from Tri State Door is unbelievable! He evaluated the door on the day called and had it repaired by the next morning. He donated the parts to fix the door for our nonprofit. He is very community minded. They are a great local company.

Dallas and Travis installed our new commercial garage door today and they were fantastic! They did a great job, were really personable and easy to work with. Thank you Tri State! Jason
