A1 Garage Door Service

I left for work and then an hour later my wife left for work. When she attempted to close the garage door on her way out the driveway, the door came down uneven and looked like it was about to fall. I called A1 around 8am and Patrick showed up around 11:30 which was comforting. Patrick is a TOP notch guy. Extremely professional and very considerate and personable. Explained everything, showed me where the damage was and showed me the new parts he was installing. Then after installation he walked me through and showed me where the new parts were installed. Garage door runs like a gem, extremely quiet and smooth like it was new. A1 is a little pricey, but they say you get what you pay for. I would use them again but I would request Patrick if I do. He’s a good honest man. Very impressionable. Thank you A1 and Patrick, our HOA has a fit if the garage door is not down when not in use.

So thankful we called A1 Garage Door Service & also thankful it was Leyland that answered that call! We had our garage opener & door worked on less than a year by a crook who used sub-par parts which resulted in our opener motor dying. Leyland explained the details to us clearly, no pressure, with options & features to be considered. We now have a working system with warranty & smart-home features. Leyland Henry knows his stuff, obviously takes pride in his work & A1, is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & efficient. It was a pleasure to do business with him!

Dany came out to tune up our door. Fantastic young man, very personable, polite, and answered all our questions. We are now waiting for our new door to arrive , very excited. Hope installation goes as good, something tells me it will. A1, keep hiring more like Dany! 11/14/25 Today Christian came out and installed the door, OMG fantastic personality and performance. Our new garage door is so quiet. If anyone is hesitant, A1 has been fantastic to work with throughout this whole project. Recommend them 100%

Brandon is very personable and enthusiastic. He did a great job evaluating and explaining the situation with our door. He worked diligently to execute the repair. He was extremely helpful and patient throughout our long approval process, and once on-site, he knocked out three garages in under an hour while also assessing several more.
