A shoutout to the good people at Affordable Door. My wife and I did our homework. Affordable was the best of three bids we received—price and materials. Mauricio worked with us on the design for our new door. Ours was a tricky job as our contractor was renovating our garage at the time along with the rooms next door. As our schedule flexed and conditions changed, Michael, our customer liaison at Affordable, made sure his team responded efficiently. He was incredibly responsive. The install went great—Mauricio’s measurements were bang on, and the office support staff at Affordable was personable and sometimes even hilarious on the phone. Thanks to all!

"On Time, On Target" I had both garage doors with a centralized spring system above the frame and one of two motors replaced. They look and work like a charm. Both the front office and the folks on the ground were very professional, responsive, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. No messing around as they got right to it, removing the old system, doors/railings, installed same within hours, ensuring all systems were functional and I was briefed on any of the new operational nuances. Hats off to the team. Very happy with the service and outcome. We'll done!

My experience with Affordable Doors was excellent. They communicated very well and answered my questions throughout the process. It was 3:30 pm on the day before Thanksgiving when my wife and I realized that our garage door was not working (so we could not get either of our cars out of the garage). We called Affordable Door; by 6:00 that night there were two repairmen at our house and they fixed the garage door in about 20 minutes. It was a great outcome for us, because if they had not provided customer service so quickly, we might not have have been able to get the garage fixed until a couple of days later (after Thanksgiving). Affordable Door provided quick, professional customer service that completely answered our needs. We would highly recommend Affordable Door for garage services.

Affordable Door was recommended by a neighbor who recently had their garage doors replaced. They came out, gave a variety of options with prices for us to consider. They were also very clear on exactly what the doors would look like. I give them an A+ on communication. We replaced 2 doors and had 1 new opener installed as well. The price was in line with others. The doors came in earlier than expected which was great since the color we wanted wasn’t automatically in stock. They came right at the start of our window of time and were in/out in a few hours. The crew did an excellent job and were very neat and tidy. We got exactly what we asked for and I’m very happy with the quality of the product as well as the work and service provided. Would strongly recommend.
