The service technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The overall experience with the company was fantastic. Scheduling was prompt, and flexible with our availability. The pre-service notification was excellent. I was provided a pre-arrival text with information on who was scheduled to come to our home, with a photo. From the security mindset, I greatly appreciated this customer service courtesy. And, to top it off, in testing the garage operations, it worked well, but as he was preparing to leave, the garage door tripped again, so I was able to catch him before he drove off, showed him the issue again, and he happily jumped right back into troubleshooting and making additional adjustments. I appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to ensure the job got done right! Wonderful sevice!

We were completely satisfied with the service we received from Ingenious Garage Doors. We called at 3:45 pm on a Friday and our garage was fixed by 6 pm. The office let us know when to expect the technician and text us a photo along with a bio of the technician before he arrived at our house. Highly recommend Ingenious Garage Door Services. Called them at 7am to schedule a repair for a broken torsion spring. They were able to send a technician (Steve) on the same day. He showed up within the timeframe provided, made the assessment, presented a reasonable price and completed the job quickly. He even added a bracing on the garage door opener to prevent vibration and side movement. Great customer service.
