I highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs, I had Steve and Tony come out for the estimate, they were very polite very honest and very knowledgeable they were the two guys from day one and they came and did a great job with my garage door only took them about two and a half maybe 3 hours to install, no fault of their own there was a couple of panels that were dented on the top from Shipping they called it in immediately and ordered the panels as soon as they come in they will come out and replace them, very reasonable price and came with all new hardware Springs channels and 10 ball bearing Wheels.. The young ladies in the office that I dealt with on the phone answered all my questions and they were very polite and respectful & very helpful, they treated me with the respect thank you ladies . Had them service at my last property and needed a new spring replacement on a new property. They scheduled same day and performed quick accurate repair of the spring (I opted for the heavy duty cycle spring). Only challenge now is to figure out the MYQ set up. The tech attempted in good faith to help me get it set up, but appears to be a deeper issue.

Steve does great work! I had Steve from Bullfrog remove our 20+ yr old uninsulated garage doors and overhead openers and replaced with top of the line Clopay insulated doors and jackshaft openers. We also had high lift kits installed on both doors since our 10 1/2 ft garage ceiling made it possible, sending both doors up to the ceiling and out of the way. I informed Steve upfront that I had an incredibly high attention to detail and he did not disappoint, creating a perfectly clean install that I could not have done better myself. Thank you, Steve, for your hard work and fantastic customer service!

Our family had a wonderful experience with Dwight at Bullfrog Garage Doors. Dwight was very professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable about our garage door system. In addition to replacing our old worn-out springs, he made several recommendations for service that helped our older garage door system (which we use on a daily basis) function quietly, while reducing stress on the components themselves. Dwight helped us make an informed decision as to the services and repairs we really needed (and what we didn’t), and he took the time to help educate us about our older garage door machine. The installer was professional and the work was done quickly upon arrival. The issue I had was I was given a 3hr window to be home. They were late. At the end of the window, there was a text saying they were on their way, but they didn’t come for over an hour after that. Apparently there was car troubles the installer was having all day. My issue isn’t with being late. My issue is with them not communicating that they were going to be late. If you’re going to make me be at my house for a 3hr window, just be respectful of my time and communicate issues, delays, et al.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with these folks ! They did a great job with the doors and even when the wrong parts came from the manufacturer, they made sure to stay on it and everything was done to the highest standards. Special thanks to Steve, so appreciative of how you handled the hurdles on my job, kept me in the loop with status updates and made certain everything was right ! I highly recommend for anyone needing garage doors. These folks are excellent. Thank you again !

A cable snapped as the door was closing. The door was ajar and metal railings and hinges twisted. The tech Sam arrived, assessed the situation, and was able to repair the twisted metal and make the door right again. Good to know that there are professionals able to repair things as opposed to replace everything. Office staff was great to work with but Sam was incredible! A call to another company would likely have resulted in replacing the door. Can't say enough good about Bullfrogs.
