rick at pride garage doors is over the top knowledgeable. i have used him for a decade. always avail quickly and things always fixed properly. what i like most is he is ethical and offers the best price/option for your circumstance. if i could give 10 stars i would. i run a home business and am dependent on the garage for entry (25000 openings in 5 yrs !!! not a typeo. a normal house would be like 6k). he is very honest and has done this a long time. my clients are always asking how do i get my doors to be soo quiet. It was Rick’s recommendation to do stainless with r18 insulation and inline skate type wheels. my door is almost silent!!! i recommend him highly. you wont be disappointed

Rick was very courteous and honest with his assessment. He understood I was on a tight budget and he was able to fix my garage door (which wasn’t opening) and get it operational. I couldn’t afford a big repair rbut he was able to give me a short term solution to hold me over while letting me know what to expect cost-wise for a more permanent solution when I can afford it. Would recommend again!

They were very quick to respond and their prices were reasonable. They were able to fix our 2 car garage door instead of just ordering a new door. This was important to us as we wanted both our single and double garage door to match. It was also a nice touch that the technician, Rick sent us a text message with his picture so we knew who to expect when he arrived. We liked the safety issue of that.

Rick is very fair and has tons of experience. I have a heavy garage door (525 lbs) with 2 rails. The previous installer put springs on that were not properly sized which caused eventual motor failure after 20 months. Rick set me up with the correct springs and he also noticed a frayed cable which he replaced. He is patient and answered all of my questions and explained the process and corrective action.I asked additional questions to learn as a DIY'er and Rick gave very thorough answers.I would definitely use him in the future.
