The day before Thanksgiving, our garage door stopped working properly. We called Precision Garage Door and were amazed they could come within two hours! Zach was exceptional—professional, thorough, and transparent throughout the repair process. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining everything upfront. Highly recommend Zach and this company! I also asked if he had to work on Thanksgiving, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that Precision offers time off for Thanksgiving, Easter, and Christmas. It’s great to see companies valuing their employees and providing well-deserved holiday time off.

FANTASTIC installation and attention to every detail!!! Andrew, the technician assigned to my complete replacement of my entire garage door system was incredible. The man was a machine! We had precision come out in February 2021 and have to do a lot of work. It was not an expensive, but the quality of the work was high and the level of service was off the charts. While that was expensive, everything was under warranty for 7 years. We've had to call them back out twice now for additional work. Jeff did the initial work, Arnold followed up we had another small problem, and Chris was here this morning. One thing I will say is that while we paid more initially than I thought it might cost, the level of service and the speed of service that we've received since then is really unmatched. Bravo, Precision!

We have used Precision Garage Doors a couple of times. They are prompt reliable and professional. Everything is so expensive so we can’t speak to the fairness of the price. We didn’t check around as we needed our garage door fixed promptly. Sean came out within two hours of our calling for service, quoted us a price, and fixed the door in approximately two hours. Would definitely recommend and use Precision Garage Doors again.

I called Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa to service and repair a 25-year-old garage door on a house we are going to put on the market. Jesus was very friendly and professional. He reviewed the problems with the garage door and explained everything that needed repair. He physically pointed out and explained to me what needed to be repaired or replaced, and the reasons for the needed repairs, which gave me great confidence about what needed to be done.
