Preferred Garage Doors provided excellent service from start to finish. They were able to accommodate my schedule on short notice, and I really appreciated how quickly they responded, coming out the very next day to replace my garage door springs. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of work performed. Josh, the technician, did an outstanding job replacing the torsion springs and all three bearings. He was very personable and took the time to clearly explain everything, addressing all my concerns with patience and detail. His professionalism, attentiveness, and thorough workmanship really stood out. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend Preferred Garage Doors and Josh for any garage door needs.

The installer did an excellent job and was very easy to work with. However, I would not recommend this company to anyone. After I signed the invoice and paid the full amount listed, the company later claimed I owed an additional $150, saying I was "incorrectly informed" about the price of the new garage door opener. They even altered the original invoice with my signature to include the extra charge. Had I known the true cost upfront, I would have kept my original garage door opener, which worked perfectly fine. To make matters worse, they also kept the remote control that came with the opener I purchased, assuming they could keep it since I had bought a wireless opener as well. That’s not acceptable business practice. Overall, while the installer was great, the company’s handling of billing and product ownership was dishonest and unprofessional. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

This company was very easy to schedule with. I never had to get on the phone during business hours, just an email from the website and communicated that way. Connor gave me a call when he was on his way. It was very clear he did not get paid on sales commission because he would make recommendations and educate me with needs, but respected when I said "no for now" the first time. My garage door went from being a medieval drawbridge to a like-new door. He also programed new garage door openers and reset my mounted garage door code for me. That was very helpful!

This is the only garage door company I will ever call in the future! I called them because I was told by another company that I needed to purchase a new garage door opener. I did some research and Preferred Garage Doors had a better price on the door for what I was told I needed. We agreed on the price and they arrived the next day to install the door. Upon arrival, Conner (the service guy that arrived), was not here more than 3 minutes when he told me I did not need a new door and explained to me the issue with the door and why it wasn't working. By the flip of a switch my door was working and I saved hundreds of dollars. This company could have easily charged me for the garage door and the installation cost, but no, instead they did the right thing and found a solution to my problem (that the other company was either not knowledgeable about or was trying to screw me on) and did not overcharge me for something I didn't need. Thank you guys so much! You have earned my trust and hope that others will too!

I called this morning about a broken garage spring and within 3 hours of the call Connor had shown up, explained the different options for repairs, showed and explained about the other parts that were starting to wear out and the options of replacing them now or leaving them for the time being, and then completing the replacement of all the worn parts on both of my garage doors. Very friendly, quick, and efficient work! Thank you!

Hands-down the best garage repair service!! They responded to my call first thing this morning and had Conner (the most personable, knowledgeable and hard-working technician ever!!) out to address the issue in less than an hour.

Just had Conner out to replace springs on my garage doors. Very quick, very professional, and willing to work with us on the price. The spring broke at 0530 and by 1130, it was fixed. Can't say enough good things about the work. Thank you.
