This morning, my garage door wouldn't close and both springs completely broke. ABC Garage door had technicians out here within 20 minutes and they did an amazing job. There was also no upsell or anything like that. We're going to for sure call them any time we have issues.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Do not look any further for a company to help you either put in a new garage door or fix an existing one. We used ABC garage door at our previous house several years ago and then had an issue at our current home. I called James and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He bought the item that needed to replaced and came back in to install it and service the garage doors. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and I could tell right away, his experience was unmatched. I had several questions and he took the time to answer all of my questions. James was honest and fair and his time and service is a great value. I hope not to need his services again, but I will definitely call James if I need someone.

Called ABC Garage Door at 1:30 pm today ( 2-17-25 ) and spoke with James re: wanted to replace 20 year old springs. I thought it was about time I replaced them. James said he could be at my house at 5:30 pm. His crew replaced my springs and bears at a reasonable price. They finished the job in about 45 minutes...No problems...

They are GREAT! We replaced our garage door 6 years ago with them and they did a great job. Last night one of the spring was broken due to the life time and James came first in this morning and fixed it right away! I really appreciate his quick response and honesty!! Highly recommend^^

James is the best! Service is great, pricing is reasonable and he is an honest guy. Will not sell you anything you don’t need. James and his crew are extremely polite and fast working. I had seven quote prior to ABC ranging from $275 to $900 for only adjusting my springs. James serviced the door completely and changed the springs for a great price. They arrived on time and did an amazing job. I will recommend them to everyone!!!!! Only trust ABC!!!!!

Couldn't be happier with the job James and the crew from ABC Garage Door did. Would highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a new garage door or for repairs. We somewhat recently purchased our home, and one of the renovations we needed to make was replacing the beaten up, old garage door and noisy, outdated opener. Scheduling was easy. James answered, and was able to schedule a meet at my house later in the afternoon. I had an idea of what we wanted, and James brought catalogs from their vendors for me to choose from. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the differences between our options, and made great recommendations in areas I hadn't considered. Delivery and install was available earlier than the estimate, and James was able to get things done ahead of schedule. Installation was quick and clean, and James ensured that we were all set up with the programming of the door for wifi, our phone apps, Homelink in our vehicles, and the Homelink repeater in the garage before he left. No shortcuts were taken, despite some unique features of the construction of our garage, and James had the knowledge required to adapt the installation to work out perfectly. We experienced a manufacturer's defect in the opener, and James went above and beyond the call of duty (on a holiday weekend) to get it replaced quickly, so that we weren't left hanging. Throughout the entire process of ordering, manufacture, and installation, James kept up appraised of status via text, and was always easy to reach by phone/text. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and ABC Garage Door to friends or family, and will return to them when the time comes to replace the door/opener on other properties. Thanks, James!
