When I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, I was relieved that the company would send a tech out the same day to get address the concerns I had. Sergio Mendez was sent out later in the day and assessed and repaired the issue. He explained the process, was able to make the necessary repairs and asked if I had any questions. He was very well spoken and courteous.

Overall great experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The spring on my garage door broke and needed to be replaced. A thank you to my technician Matthew McGrew, he was a true professional. Matthew explained everything clearly and from start to finish the process took less than 2 hours. In addition to the spring replacement, the wheels on the garage door where also replaced and the metal tube for the spring was also replaced. A week later very satisfied with the work, the garage door works better than ever and much quieter thanks to the new wheels. Would recommend. Thanks again.

I had a GREAT experience yesterday with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. One of the garage door springs snapped with a car stuck in the garage on Thanksgiving. We called on Thanksgiving and not only answered but schedule service the next day. Josh Allswang came out and was incredible. He identified the issue immediately and was able to replace the springs within a few hours so its fully functional and we could get the car out. My garage door began to open after I closed it. I was able to schedule an appointment promptly and conveniently with a single phone call. I ended up getting new springs and some adjustments to complete the repair. Our technician (Jose Alvarez) kept me updated as the work progressed. He worked hard to get the best outcome.
