J M K Garage Doors

Thank You Chris for Your Professionalism and knowledge. We Love all the updates and information You provided. We are very Happy with the replaced parts and the functionality of the garage door. It was a pleasure working with You.

Deshaun the garage door technician from JMK came to my house and replaced my failing 22 year old door opener. Deshaun was punctual arriving within the first hour of the 5 hour window I was given. He was a good listener and personable and presented my options well. His work van was fully stocked and he quickly got to work and I noticed he had an efficiency of motion and was obviously well versed in his trade so I went back inside. Most home owners have had the experience of calling professionals out for a problem that was out of their wheelhouse and they send some lump that flounders about and you wonder "where did they get they get this guy?" My experience with Deshaun was the polar opposite where I’m thinking "whatever they’re paying this guy it’s not enough". Before long Deshaun contacted me that the installation was complete. The new opener worked flawlessly and was extremely quiet. Deshaun took all the old parts and cleaned up perfectly even sweeping the staples from the old wiring. After Deshaun left I took a closer look at his work and saw that he did little pro details like coiling the sensor wires and tying off the main plug to keep it well away from any moving parts. It’s so nice to get excellent support like this and I would recommend JMK and thank you Deshaun.

Chris quickly responded to my call. He was very professional and thoroughly inspected my garage doors. He put together an estimate of the needed repairs, which I agreed to, and he immediately started the work. He needed to order some parts, and returned the next day at the time he promised to finish the job. I highly recommend calling Chris at JMK Garage Door Service.

Called Besser Garage Doors (previously JMK Garage Doors) and was given a charming lady who coordinated my broken garage springs into a job solution. A job needed to be solved immediately. Was given a reasonable time slot of 9 AM to 1PM but in 2 1/2 hrs a representative of Besser was sent. DeShawn was the tech who remedied the situation in approximately 1 hour. He not only replaced the two piece springs efficiently with the correct tension but made sure he used the appropriate lubricant to reduce friction from around joints and bearings in the garage door itself. Nice work and cleaned up effectively. Very happy with the workmanship but was surprised with the price… Being that my garage door has worked perfectly for almost 10 years, I guess I forgot how prices haven risen some how. The main thing was that everything went well, I enjoyed the discussion and the quality work by DeShawn.

My wife and I were apprehensive when we saw that JMK Garage Doors, which people had personally recommended to us, had been acquired by another company: Besser Brothers Garage Doors. Fortunately, our actual experience was really good. Chris and his partner were professional and personal. Best of all, there were no high pressure tactics to choose more expensive options than we needed for a replacement garage door. It's true, I had hoped the problem could be fixed by repairing the door opener's remote receiver capability without getting new opener, but my own research showed that was a real long shot. I want to thank Chris, his crew mate, and JMK's new owners for a job well done.

Chris did an excellent job. We had him on previous projects and knew he does outstanding work and requested him for this one as a result. He has extensive experience and we know we can trust his assessment and recommendations. We will certainly request his assistance for any future work

Chris replaced the backup battery for our LiftMaster system and completed a full tune-up. He called ahead, arrived on time, and took his time to do a very thorough job. He clearly explained all of his findings, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Chris and will request him for any future services!
