Solid Upland Doors & Gates

From the moment I spoke with the scheduler to when the technician, Norman, arrived, my experience with Solid Upland Doors & Gates was fantastic. My old garage door opener had stopped working, and Norman carefully explained what needed fixing and pointed out a few other issues with the garage door itself. He worked really hard to make sure everything was in great shape. Now, the door opens and closes so quietly—I must have tested it over and over just to enjoy how smooth it is! I highly recommend this company for any garage door repair needs in Upland.

When the spring on our garage door broke, we needed fast help and our usual place couldn't fit us in for several days. I reached out to Solid Upland Doors & Gates in the morning and was able to book a same-day appointment. Jeff called ahead to confirm the time window and arrived right on schedule. He was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to get our door working again. I’ll definitely contact them first for any future garage door repairs. Highly recommended!

My garage door was having trouble closing and the belt was hanging down, so I reached out to Solid Upland Doors & Gates. Norman set me up with a same-day service appointment, and Gerald arrived quickly to check things out. He figured out the issue right away, replaced the spring system and rollers, and took the time to explain how to keep my garage door working smoothly and what the warranty covers. The whole job was done fast and professionally. Friendly and reliable service!

We recently decided it was time to replace my mom's old garage door, which had been around for decades. After getting a few estimates, we chose Solid Upland Doors & Gates for the job. The wait was supposed to be a few weeks, but the parts actually arrived sooner than expected. Diego handled the installation, and he did a fantastic job fitting the new door and adding an automatic opener. Now my mom can just drive right in without having to deal with the heavy old door anymore. She’s extremely happy with the upgrade, and I’m also impressed with how smoothly everything works. I wanted to make sure everything held up before leaving a review, and after a couple of months, we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

norman was very professional and polite when he came to fix our garage door. he replaced both of our broken springs quickly, then tested the door to make sure everything worked smoothly. our safety sensor was also out of alignment, and he took extra time to adjust it so the door would close properly. i really appreciated that he went above and beyond. before calling solid upland doors & gates, i checked with two other companies and they were more expensive. i was surprised to get same day service, which was really convenient in this hot weather. i will definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

we had an awesome experience with our garage door repair in upland. after moving into our new place, the garage door spring suddenly snapped and we couldn't open the door at all—our car was stuck inside! we called for help and jeff came out quickly. he was super friendly and knew exactly what to do. jeff explained that the springs used by builders don't last very long, so he upgraded ours to a better quality spring with a solid warranty. now the garage door works smoothly and we feel good knowing we can rely on a local team for any future repairs. really grateful for the fast service and the peace of mind!
