Overhead Door Company of Grand Rapids

Spent $18,500 plus on these doors. Two years later, they still haven’t been replaced. Came with tons of scratches on both doors. Salesmen that I worked with is no longer with the company. Spoke to the owner assured me it would get replaced. A year later, I get a phone call saying that the door is finally in and they’re going to come and replace it. They show up it’s the wrong door.(Can’t make this up) another 6 months has gone by still crickets.

Overhead door was great to work with. Our installer Tony was super friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and showed me how to program the keypad before he left. The total time was under an hour for our install and he did a great job. Would definitely work with Tony again and I will be recommending Overhead Door Company to my family and friends.

Rusty and Jayden called 15 minutes prior to arrival, a little ahead of schedule, which is great. Very efficient on the job, answered my questions about the process and tips for the homeowner. This was a spring and roller replacement due to a broken spring, and the door operates so much smoother now. Thanks very much!

Overhead door is great. Always installed right. The most recent door they installed for me needed the springs tightened two years after install. (1 year past warranty) they came out and made the adjustment and also swapped out my remote at no charge. Highly recommended. This is how good businesses treat their customers.

AJ did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener. He was efficient and thorough with making sure I understood how the key pad worked, inputting the connection car to door. His patience was outstanding. The opener is much more quiet. I would not hesitate recommending overhead door co of G R to anyone.

Rusty and Jayden did an exceptional job on a massive 4-door installation for me last week. The work is beautiful, everything operates perfectly, and the price was decent. Good job guys. 🙂

Tony was great! He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and took the time to explain all our options clearly. He was super accommodating even though our garage is currently crammed full of stuff, and he worked around it without a problem. He came prepared with all the tools and parts ready to go and was done within an hour. Very friendly, flexible, and easy to work with—highly recommend!
