I was given an approximate time they would arrive then received a text stating they would be there in 15 minutes. The timing was perfect. After reviewing the door and broken spring the tech informed me the last repair company used two different tension springs. He calculated out the correct spring tensions and installed them and hinges in an efficient manner. He had me review the door operation to insure satisfaction. Before leaving he lubed all the rollers and hinges. Very impressed and happy with the service and cost
I wholeheartedly recommend "Open Garage Doors" for any garage door needs! This father-and-son team provided an outstanding experience from the initial quote through the installation. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly, which was a huge relief. Even though my installation had some unique challenges, they tackled it with ease (no concrete yet, not quite square, first time with this brand door, addition of a garage door opener, and more). They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Best of all, they were honest and their pricing was extremely fair. If you're looking for skilled, trustworthy, and reliable garage door installers, you won't find any better than Anthony and Marc!!

Anthony is awesome! The new garage door is beautiful, it makes our house look so much better. Anthony was so friendly and helpful through the entire process, from determining what we wanted to installation. After everything was installed, Anthony walked me through setting everything up from the app to the camera.
