Both were knowledgeable, serious about the job they had to do, respectful, and polite. We are so appreciative for the great experience. The Liftmaster 6690L garage door opener is a game changer from the 1 1/4hp DC belt drive which is so quiet, to the camera, LED, 2 remotes and outdoor keypad. We love that we can operate the garage door remotely and have live views from inside our garage. We were not sure about the Amazon Key In-Garage delivery but it is great with the myQ technology. Thank you Precision Garage Door! We never thought we could be so happy with a garage door opener!

We called for a broken garage door spring. The person answering the phone was very polite and scheduled a technician out the same morning. Joshua came to our home even earlier than scheduled and proceeded to conduct a full inspection of our door, opener and operating system. He found the cables were twisting (which I hadn't noticed) but did not pressure us to change them. Just to keep watch on them. He explained the difference in each spring they sold and said even their least expensive could handle the door. I opted for the better springs which he replaced. He could not have any more professional or polite. He was efficient and made sure the garage was cleaned before he left. He even showed us how to maintain the hinges and cables on the door prior to leaving. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Sheldon was the service technician that began and completed the Installation of a LiftMaster garage door opener at our residence. Sheldon was extremely knowledgeable and skilled at his job. He is professional and respectful with his clients and displays a real passion and pride in the work he performs. This was my first business dealing with Precision Garage Door Service and I must say I was extremely impressed from start to finish. From Sheldon the wonderful installer (who was so kind, professional, courteous and fun and so much more) to Stephanie the very sweet office manager and to Charlie the owner - I was in very good hands. They are organized and professional and down to earth too - and I noticed that they went to great lengths to maintain close communications and updates with me. . And a senior discount too! (There are not too many benefits in getting old - this certainly was one of them!) Do not hesitate to call them ( and no, I’m not related to them or being paid to write this!) ❣️

After inspecting the garage door, they made my husband and I aware of what they needed to do to fix it and how much it would cost.
