Byron and Ethan were friendly and the service they provided was great! They were challenged to remove a yellow jacket hornet nest. They had the equipment and experience to get the job done professionally. They kept me informed through the whole process. They worked well together and made the experience a good one for me, the customer. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

I was having issues with Yellow jackets around my house. They were very aggressive towards me making it difficult to cut my grass or even enter the back yard. I called a few places who offered to come look and treat but when I called Greenix, they gave me information from the beginning about how to treat them, what treatments would be best and explained everything they could treat. Jeff came out and walked around the exterior of the house with me. He even got to experience how aggressive the Yellow jackets were, without being stung. Not only did he treat for them but also took care of some wasp nests we had. He just made me feel comfortable choosing them. Our pesty fliers are ground diggers so didn’t get to see their hives but he made this one disappear. I ended up signing up for quarterly inspection and treatments.

Sabastian is our tech that comes to our house for our treatments. He always greets me with a huge smile and a good morning. He's friendly and polite. Sabastian is conscientious about doing a thorough job, making our home virtually pest free! Thank you for always being kind

Unfortunately, I can’t give zero stars. My experience with Greenix was extremely disappointing. I contacted them to treat a roach problem in my home that I just purchased, and they insisted I purchase their "full treatment plan"—four weekly treatments at $100 each. They guaranteed that after completing the service, I would no longer see roaches activities. That promise was completely false. Despite keeping my home spotless—no exposed food, no plumbing issues, and a consistently clean environment—I continued to see roach activity. When I called Greenix to report the issue, instead of honoring their guarantee, they demanded another $100 for each additional treatment. Pest control is about trust and results, and Greenix failed on both fronts. Perhaps other Greenix branches take responsibility for their clients, but the one I dealt with clearly does not. I don’t recommend their services if they don’t garantie the results. I should Save my money and look for a pest control company that values integrity, delivers results, and respects its customers.

These guys are great everyone that has helped me through the process. Professional friendly showed up on time, very thorough and honest and provided service immediately after inspection Set up a maintenance plan and will be using these guys forever. I highly recommend.

Sebastian was very friendly and thoroughly explanatory about all the different types of rodents. He also went throughout my house inspecting closely and finding me the best solution possible. Very satisfied with my results.
