GTX Plumbing

I cannot say enough good things about GTX plumbing. I called them for an emergency when the company my home warranty works with couldn't make it. Lloyd is AMAZING!!! He is fast, responsive, and had the issue fixed quickly. The customer service is out of this world. GTX plumbing is now in my speed dial.

I have utilized GTX since the big freeze. Lloyd walked me thru on the phone on what to do to prepare for it...this was the first time I called them and I was not a regular customer at that time. During the freeze they sent update texts re scheduling, etc. I could not contact my previous plumber but GTX was there for me. Since then they have provided a new water heater and flushed it on regular basis. I also had a problem with my kitchen sink faucet on night and I called an Lloyd answered and walked me thru how to fix the situation. GTX is the"real deal"'.' I would not go to anyone else.

Our Insinkerator garbage disposal stopped working, and I submitted a description of the issue to GTX Plumbing’s "Ask The Master Plumber" website. I received a call on the same day and the master plumber described steps to take to try to resolve the issue to avoid the cost of a service appointment. I performed the steps and was able to resolve the problem. I was very impressed with this company’s helpfulness and integrity and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

This is a fantastic business! First, they love their city and volunteer to clean up on Saturday mornings, and they do so much for our community by sponsoring events. But they are amazing they have 5star employees and their customer service is top notch! Of course, this week I had not 1 but 5 issues, like all of my pipes and/or sinks decided they needed to be replaced. They happily took care of me and even when they got there we noticed another issue so they fixed it right away while they were there. Fantastic, amazing, great company!!!
