I am very sad that this store is no longer helpful for me. Old broken cabinets are being sold for the same price as new ones at Lowes or Home Depot. They have never sold the two story tiny home that was built in the parking lot, and it is sitting rotting. I watched as they threw large framed pictures into the trash and purposely broke the glass so it wasn't usable. I promise if it was marked to the price it should be, it would have been sold, if not used in a habit home. $140 for a broken cabinet! I didn't see the cabinet top was broke when I purchased it.

Love being able find furniture needs at a very reasonable price. Bought a coffee table and kitchen table. Nothing a good cleaning, screw driver and touch kit can't make new.

Came during labor day weekend sale which made the furniture reasonably priced. The selection was decent. However, the customer service was poor. Out of the four workers I came across, only one was friendly. This was my first time coming and I wouldn’t return.

Went by this morning to donate 2 kitchen cabinets. Neither has been used as builder mismeasured and had to remake them. Two young guys came out to unload. One pointed out about a 2 inch crack in the trim of the base cabinet and said they couldn’t accept it? I asked if he was sure, cabinets have never even been used and would likely sell quickly…nope, he stuck to his refusal. Left and dropped them at the dump. This place must be doing very well to refuse new cabinets for something so simple to repair.

Asking store price for construction leftovers. I went here to try to save money on doing some home repairs for my own home. It’s really not worth it. I have not been able to find anything even though I’ve checked in there like three or four times. The price they charge is just too high. You’re gonna get better furniture on Facebook marketplace for less money. They had tiles outside that had been outside in the rain for months and the outside cardboard packaging had just melted away. So the tiles were sitting flat on the ground unpackaged and I would’ve had them moved one by one. I inquired into them and they still wanted full price even though it would’ve took me probably an hour to move enough to do one room and there was no package to transport them in. You can probably find something on sale at the flooring store in better shape. Anyways, not impressed by the store at all.

Always different stuff. They make sure to clean it up before they put it out on the floor. I have even seen them remove paint from a dining table to make it more appealing. Really nice people to shop with and the prices are good too.

We came here to look for affordable furniture. Left unhappy without any furniture. I've visited both Plano locations years ago and they were wonderful. Their stuff were reasonably priced and even though they allowed haggling (negotiating), I almost never had to haggle as they were reasonably priced. For instance, a like-new sectional couch for $250. Even their employees were friendly and I felt like I was visiting a friendly community garage sale. This visit, we saw something we liked and it had no price tag. When we asked someone how much it cost, she said she would check and let me know. She later came out and just slapped a price tag on it then walked away without saying anything. Price tag? Over $200 for furniture that looked faded with outlines of things that were left on it and it wasn't even clean. We couldn't even negotiate a lower price. We proceeded to check out the other furniture. A lot of their furniture looked old, something you would find from "All In The Family" TV show. Yet, they were priced a lot higher than the brand new better quality stuff you can buy elsewhere. Oh, all prices are firm... no haggling? Even their employees don't look like they enjoy working there. We ended up buying something much better online brand new for less. Don't think we'll be visiting this play again anytime soon.
