We had a backed up sewer line that 2 other companies were unable to completely clear. One of the previous companies suggested it was caved in and likely needed a full lateral repair. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion from Heiden because they were able to clear the line of roots (which were actually the issue, not a collapse) and save me a ton of money and a huge headache. Adam and Jason were both so kind and informative, letting me watch the whole time and ask questions along the way. As a first time homeowner, I feel much more confident in what my options are if we ever run into sewer issues in the future. Thank you!

Andy from Heiden was or hero after the flood of 2025. I had work scheduled to start but we got hit with the flood. Had 6 feet of water in basement. Andy and his crew was here every day securing our basement and helping us with getting new water heater and furnace. Everyone at Heiden was exceptionally professional and nice. We had a totally backed up, plugged sewer line. 2 other plumbing services could not get through the plug to see where the problem was. It was filled with water. Heiden was able to get it flowing in order to see the cause. The pipe from the basement to the connection in the street needed replacement. They were able to use an underground process that did not disturb any of the landscaping and fixed the problem. They were both efficient and kind. They cleaned up everything. Not inexpensive, but MMSD has a program for pipe issues that does assist with the cost but you do have to use approved contractors. Heiden happens to be one of those contractors. After using them, I know why they are approved. They helped us in an emergency situation and I would highly recommend them.
